What's On the Menu? Delicious creations using unlikely combinations of foods, such as the smoked tempura egg, nori, scallion bouillon or the awesome farro, grilled peach, scallion, crescenza companion.  Other favorites:  charred hamachi tartare, avocado, radish citrus; chicken beer sausage, nectarine, frisee, pistachio; seared skate, turnips, potato confit, watercress; peas and carrots, cipollini onion, sherry butter froth. Service? Very helpful and knowledgeable. Anything Else? This is a food tasting experience.  Not your routine dinner menu.
