Ah Nizzies.  That’s what we late-night-drunk-regulars lovingly call this San Francisco pizza restaurant.  The Inner Richmond location is conveniently situated between Clement and Geary Street bars and my house/USF.  I have had Nizzies at just about every time of day on just about every type of day and it always satisfies.  Their crust is just the right thickness and the balance of sauce to cheese to toppings must come form a formula derived in heaven.  The “Nizzy Combo” (might actually be called “Super Combo”) is everything you need: Pepperoni, Onions, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, and Sausage.  Looking for something a little lighter after a night of dark beers – look no farther than the “Pesto Special” (not to be confused with the “Pesto”, which is also good but lacks the strength only spinach can supply).   I consider pineapple to be the single worst pizza topping ever, but I’ve been told that Nizzies “Hawaiian” is tasty, if you’re into that type of thing.  As an added bonus you can get an extra topping or two for a nominal price (like $.25 or $.50 – can’t remember exactly.  Slices are ready all times of day and night, just a quick pop in the oven to warm up and it’s yours!  The people working at Nizario's Pizza are always friendly and if you’re really nice they’ll sometimes let you use their bathroom.  Enjoy Nizzies pizza and, as with all great places and services, tip accordingly!  Note:  Nizario's Pizza's Geary location open til at least 3am on weekends and 2am on weekdays.
