What’s on the menu? Traditional sushi, such as the classically delicious negi hama roll, Toro nigiri and a lot of exotic fish that makes great sashimi/nigiri (We loved the escolar). They also have some interesting fusion sushi. Our favorite: the Ceviche. a small dollop of tomato/cilantro/lime salsa on top of seabass nigiri. Underneath is a square of fried seaweed that you make a taco with and pop into your mouth. Delicious!
How about the service? Service was extremely attentive, however we were the only 2 in the restaurant for Saturday lunch.
