What’s on the menu?The Ali Baba's Cafe is a semi-fast food Mediterranean restaurant located in the Lower Haight district.  The we had both chicken and lamb shawarma which was nice but not  outstanding.  The price is fair but the location is run down although they do have a cute little nook where you can seat on cushions on the floor.  Perhaps it was that we went around 3 pm so there wasn't a lot of turn over but it really didn't hit the spot...so we probably wouldn't go to this San Francisco Mediterranean restaurant again unless we were near and wanted to give it another try.
