What's On the Menu? I would classify E & O Trading Company as South East Asian cuisine, spanning Vietnam, Burma and Thailand. Scallops, chicken satay, and spring rolls are all on the menu and executed well.  Nice wines by the glass, Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc & Trimbach Pinot blanc paired well with the food. Service? Service was good, the decor really makes this place.
