Craving Korean BBQ? I’m no expert on Korean food, but this restaurant’s friendly staff and foreign accoutrements made me feel like I was on vacation in South Korea.

First off, I’m not a big fan of “All You Can Eat” places, I feel like the quality of the cuisine is over looked. But I found everything at YakiniQ to be delicious.

We started off with steamed egg, which was like egg soufflé, would love to have it for breakfast. Also, their cabbage salad was fresh and crunchy. I used this to make Korean “tacos” with the rice paper and meat, add a little chile sauce and you’ve got a wicked bite!

For $19.99 we gorged ourselves on almost everything:
• Spicy baby octopus
• Spicy pork belly (delicious, like bacon…fatty so be aware)
• Beef brisket (paper thin slices of lean beef)
• Spicy chicken
• Garlic butter chicken
• Rice soup

Our servers were friendly, answered all of our probably ridiculous questions with a smile (they seemed to be amused) and insisted we try a couple more things despite us being full.
